Translucent has been invited to showcase how the Atlassian platform can support processes within the domain of project portfolio management.

The agenda is still being worked out by the hard-working team from iPPM and Dansk Projektledelse, but we do know a little about what our contribution will look like. :-)

At the current moment, we expect that we will do a presentation that, in a live environment, and backed by slides outlining conceptual constructs, will demonstrate how the Atlassian platform:

• Enables better communications and collaboration
• Supports agile project management in general (planning, doing, and reporting)
• Supports Scrum and Kanban methodologies specifically
• Enables planning, execution, and reporting on a project portfolio level
• Allows for convenient time tracking and reporting
• Support doing project risk analysis (FMEA, Monte Carlo, etc.)
• Supports agile testing
• Handles project templates (for reuse)
• Integrates with other systems

We do look forward to this opportunity of showcasing just how excellent the Atlassian toolchain is in terms of its support for the above and other methodologies (like DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and even more traditional project models).
